Meet Kiara Leigh
Kiara is a dance educator, choreographer, industry professional and speaker with over 40 years experience in the Performing Arts Industry and 37 years of teaching experience in competitive and pre professional dance. She holds her teaching certificate in the ADAPT Syllabus and is certified through Acro Arts Association along with completing her Associates training through ISTD and holding her Advanced RAD Certificate.
Kiara has witnessed talent rise and excellence pursued but noticed a disconnect from identity.
She created The GRACE framework For Dance™ Grounded Resilience and Authentic Creative Excellence.
A leadership framework advocating and integrating grounded training, resiliency, authentic artistry, courageous leadership, protected creative capacity and enduring excellence.
Central to her work is empowering dancers to separate identity from results. Helping them develop a strong technical foundation, as they discover who they are and who they are becoing as humans and artists.
